• All items are purchased with the understanding that they are second-hand, pre-loved, vintage and pre-worn and therefore not new. I make every effort to provide great-quality and cleanliness however some items may have minor stains, missing embellishments, blemishes or signs of wear. any faults found are noted within the item description and images. Despite this, all items are sold in their current condition ("as is"), and we are not responsible for any wear, tear, or maintenance issues that may arise after purchase and delivery.
• All purchases once made, cannot be cancelled or amended. Upon completing a purchase, customers will receive a purchase confirmation, and valid tracking numbers will be provided by the courier. Returns are accepted, see RETURNS page for refund policy.
• When an item includes a maker's label, we rely on the information provided, such as material composition, care instructions, and sizing. Please note that vintage garments may not align with modern standardized sizes. We always include multiple images, detailed descriptions, and garment measurements (e.g., chest, waist, hip, length) to assist in determining the best fit.
• For items without a maker’s label, we provide a reasonable estimate of sizing. We strongly advise customers to refer to all provided images, measurements, and descriptions to ensure a suitable fit.
• All measurements are taken using industry-standard methods, with garments laid flat. These measurements are approximate and do not account for fabric stretch or material variations. If an item is modeled, we will specify the model’s modern size and height. If a garment has been pinned for a better fit on the model, it will be stated in the description. While we are happy to offer guidance on fit and sizing, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm that a garment will suit their needs based on the provided information.
• By signing up for our mailing list through any sales platform, you consent to us collecting, storing, and using your data to contact you via social media, SMS, email, or postal mail for marketing and promotional purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing. We will never share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
• LOVED BY LILS is a registered trading name with HMRC. The name, logo, trading entity, and all related images are the sole property of LOVED BY LILS. Use of any proprietary listing information requires prior written permission.
