it’s so important for each of us to play a part in looking after our planet and the people upon it. fast fashion industries prioritise quantity over quality and it shows in the short-lifespan of most items and the poor working conditions of those who make them. purchasing clothes that are vintage or pre-loved supports a circular fashion industry instead, where great-quality pieces can be given another chance at life instead of contributing to the 92 million tonnes of textile landfill that the world cumulates each year.

I found my passion for pre-loved and vintage clothing whilst working in the industry. I was fascinated by the history behind the clothing, imagining the life it had and memories it held for the previous owner. some of my favourite finds would have names sewn into them or personal hand-sewn badges or designs! I can’t imagine something once being so valuable and now headed for a destitute destiny :(

I also adore vintage fashion, (especially 90s-era… Rachel Green, my icon!!) so collecting as many beautiful pieces is something I LOVE to do and am so very keen to share with you all. ♡
