SHIPPING
All packages are shipped from my workplace based in Cardiff, UK.
The sole responsibility for your order becomes that of the shipping agent once your package has been sent and you are provided with a tracking number. I may provide estimated delivery times however these are not guaranteed.
Orders are generally shipped the next business day for orders placed before 6pm on a weekday.
Efforts are made to ensure your package arrives in good condition. I use biodegradable packing bags with every purchase.
UK SHIPPING
Standard Shipping: £3.95
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 working days (UK only)
Free Shipping: Orders over £80 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or busy seasonal periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping cost varies depending on location, and is calculated at the checkout.
For international orders, local customs authorities may apply import duties and/or taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not determined, collected, or controlled by LovedByLils. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any applicable charges upon arrival in their country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs before making a purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. We do not cover or reimburse these fees. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, we may not be able to issue a refund.
All international shipments include a "return to sender" option in the event that the package cannot be delivered. However, we cannot guarantee that an undelivered package will be successfully returned to us. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you, and you may choose to have it re-shipped to an alternative address at your own expense.
